From the moment we receive your order to your final receipt, we will consistently work to meet your every ink need.
Lori, the Office Manager, along with the rest of the staff will work with you to prepare your order promptly to meet your delivery specifications. We will coordinate your shipment, whether it is domestic or international, accordingly so there are no delays.
We will ensure your shipment is packed safely and securely so it will not be damaged during shipment and we comply with all international shipping requirements. We only use certified heat-treated pallets for all international shipments and our shipping agent will work with us directly to find the fastest and most cost-effective ocean or air vessel to get your writing ink to you. If you require a specific vessel, we will be sure that is the one used.
